In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and on the basis of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000), JUMI Sp. z o.o. protects the personal data of its clients, contractors, as well as job candidates, obtained in the course of the company’s day-to-day operations – obtained electronically as well as by traditional means. INFORMATION CLAUSES

INFORMATION CLAUSE for contractors 

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)

report that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the company JUMI Sp. z o.o., based at Myśliwska 34A, 95 – 200 Pabianice, represented by the President of the Board, e – mail address: rodo@jumi.com.pl
  2. Your personal data will be processed pursuant to Article 6 section 1 letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation – RODO in order to conclude and perform the contract.
  3. Recipients of your personal data will be external companies providing services to JUMI Sp. z o.o., with which contracts for the entrustment of personal data processing have been concluded, as well as entities authorized by law.
  4. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years, starting from the end of the calendar year in which the tax deadline expired.
  5. You have the right to request from the controller access to personal data, the right to rectify, transfer and limit processing.
  6. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
  7. Providing personal data is necessary to conclude and perform the contract, and their failure will result in inability to conclude and perform the contract.
  8. If you are not satisfied with the way JUMI Sp. z o.o. processes your personal data, please let us know about the problem and we will investigate all irregularities. INFORMATION CLAUSE for contractors

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)

report that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the company JUMI Sp. z o.o., based at Myśliwska 34A, 95 – 200 Pabianice, represented by the President of the Board, e-mail address: rodo@jumi.com.pl
  2. Your personal data will be processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – RODO in order to conclude and perform the contract.
  3. Recipients of your personal data will be entities authorized by law, as well as external companies providing services to JUMI Sp. z o.o., with whom contracts have been concluded for the entrustment of personal data processing.
  4. Your personal data will be kept for 10 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the contract ended (in the case of contractors covered by social insurance registration), and in the case of contractors not covered by social insurance, until the statute of limitations for claims.
  5. You have the right to demand from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectify them, transfer them and restrict processing.
  6. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
  7. Providing personal data is necessary to conclude and perform the contract, and their failure will result in inability to conclude and perform the contract.

INFORMATION CLAUSE for job applicants

Zgodnie z art. 13 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych)

report that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the company JUMI Sp. z o.o., based at Myśliwska 34A, 95 – 200 Pabianice, represented by the President of the Board, e – mail address: rodo@jumi.com.pl
  2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment to work at JUMI Sp. z o.o. and for future recruitment, if you have given your consent. Personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation – RODO, and also on the basis of 6(1)(c) of RODO in order to fulfill a legal obligation arising from: Labour Code – Act of 26 June 1974, art. 22 1 par. 1 and 4.
  3. Personal data will be stored for the recruitment period, and if you have consented to the processing of personal data for future recruitment – for 12 months.
  4. The recipients of your personal data in the case of electronic transmission of application documents will be entities providing IT services, i.e. hosting.
  5. You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectify, erase, limit processing, transfer and withdraw consent (within the scope of data to which the consent was given). The withdrawal of consent by the data subject will not affect the legality of processing performed before its withdrawal.
  6. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
  7. Providing personal data is a statutory requirement and is obligatory due to the aforementioned legal regulations, and in the remaining scope it is voluntary.
