ISO and quality policy

Our customers, their satisfaction with quality and the joy of contact with selected products, are most important for us. It is for them that we combine the best ideas for new products with our passion and commitment. We also appreciate competences of our employees who ensure:

  • high quality materials and product quality,
  • modernisation of our showrooms and following new trends,
  • building proper relations with suppliers and buyers of the offered products,
  • introducing new management systems and IT solutions,
  • ongoing training and participation in trade fairs in Poland and abroad every day.

For 5 years, JUMI has had the Quality Management System implemented, maintained and improved according to the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, issued by the independent, accredited certification body. The major objectives of the Quality Management System are included in the Quality Policy. They confirm the MANAGEMENT BOARD OF JUMI attaches particular importance to the aspects of quality and environmental protection.

TO ACHIEVE ITS OBJECTIVES, JUMI OBLIGES TO:

  • improve the quality of the provided services,
  • ensure the highest punctuality of deliveries,
  • strive to ensure comprehensive customer service,
  • create the back-office facilities meeting all legal standards and regulations,
  • ensure continuous prevention of environmental pollution and set objectives related to the environmental protection and periodic control of their achievement,
  • Use energy, resources and materials reasonably and economically,
  • ensure reliable waste management,
  • involve employees in the tasks aimed at preserving, protecting and improving the environment,
  • ensure continuous improvement of the Integrated Quality and Environment Management system.

PRODUCT CERTIFICATION

To ensure our Customer is guaranteed the quality of products offered by JUMI, we cooperate with international certification and examination bodies, including Dekra, SGS, TUV Rheinland. The products delivered to end customers undergo multi-stage controls of quality and distribution chain. We try to ensure the end product meets all the required safety standards. The products are tested in certification bodies with respect to their safety, workmanship quality or usable values. This guarantees the product delivered to the customer is safe and functional. This is confirmed by the certificates obtained.

In 2006, our agency and quality control team in China started to operate. We carry out multi-stage production controls for random manufacturing lots. All controls are carried out by external and independent entities. Thanks to it, we are able to eliminate quality problems at all product manufacture stages.

The choice of suppliers depends on whether particular plants meet the international standards concerning technical, social and quality conditions. The company keeps investing in the strict supplier audit policy. In this respect we cooperate with certification bodies, including Bureau Veritas or Intertek. Periodic audits guarantee high quality of products and ensure we cooperate with suppliers meeting strict international standards in the area of plant operations and social conditions for employees.

Since 2019, the company has had a certificate and works in FSC standard. This proves we ensure the legal origin of any marketed wooden products to meet the European standards of environmental protection policy.

To ensure the highest quality of service, we accept your complaints and returns of the purchased goods.

GOODS RETURN

Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, any consumers who bought our products via Allegro platform may terminate the agreement in 14 days after they have received the goods without naming any reason and incurring any costs, except for the costs stipulated in the Act. To withdraw from the sales agreements efficiently, fill in the form and send it to us by electronic means to sklep@jumi.com.pl and then send (or deliver by hand) the returned products, with a paper version of the statement, to the following address: JUMI Sp. Z o.o. sp. k. ul. Myśliwska 34A, 95-200 Pabianice.

Please remember we do not accept any returns sent on the “cash on delivery” basis. Such shipments will not be collected.

Complaints

All products sold via Allegro platform are covered by 24-month protection period called
a warranty. To make a complaint, send a notice, preferably by electronic means, (reklamacje@jumi.com.pl) or traditional mail (to JUMI Sp. Z o.o. sp. k. ul. Myśliwska 34A,
95-200 Pabianice), describing the defect and specifying your claims. The seller is obliged to notify the Buyer within 14 days if the claim is considered legitimate. The failure to meet this deadline shall result in accepting the Customer’s claims.

 To send the goods being the complaint subject to the Seller, contact them by electronic means and report your willingness to send the goods to them. The Seller obliges to collect the product complained against at their cost.
